MilWallet is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, or any military branch. We are an independent private company.

MilWallet offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

We work to keep MilWallet's calculators and data accurate and up-to-date with current DoD pay tables, BAH rates, and tax rules. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site. Pay tables change, rules change, your situation is unique. Always verify critical numbers with official DoD sources (MyPay, DFAS, your unit S1).
All content, code, design, and tools on MilWallet are owned by MilWallet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute MilWallet's content without explicit written permission.
Personal data you enter into MilWallet (your pay grade, station, etc.) remains yours. We use it only to power the tools you're using — see our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilWallet and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on MilWallet's calculators or content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of MilWallet is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
MilWallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to access MilWallet ends. Provisions that should survive termination (liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution) will do so.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
